Cut the bun with sesame seeds lengthwise. Cut all the ingredients into circles, lettuce into strips. Separately, prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard.
Spread the sauce on the bottom of the roll, then lay out all the ingredients in alternating layers, put the hot beef cutlet, then the cheese and then repeat the vegetables in one more layer. Cover everything with the top of the bun.
Serve with french fries and extra sauce.
