Prepare bulgur.
Chop the carrots.
Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Peel and finely chop the chili pepper and garlic.
Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and put it on the fire. Put onion and carrot and fry a little. Then put ready bulgur to the vegetables and mix.
In a separate frying pan, fry the tomatoes and garlic, add the squid cut into rings, seasonings and spices. Pour in a small amount of water, stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Place the bulgur and squid with vegetables on a nice plate.
