Cut the ginger into thin slices.
Cut the garlic into thin slices as well.
Cut the onion into thin half rings.
Cut the bell pepper into half rings.
Cut the pork into 8-10 mm thick strips.
Place the pork in a deep bowl. Add ginger, garlic, ground coriander, cinnamon and soy sauce.
Stir and leave the pork to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Pour the bulgur into a ladle or saucepan. Pour two glasses of cold water over it and put it on the fire. Add a little salt to the water. When it boils, reduce the heat to low. Cover the bulgur with a lid and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion until golden brown for 5 minutes. Then add the pork to the pan. Fry it together with the onion for another 5-7 minutes.
Add bell pepper to the pan. Fry everything together for another 5 minutes.
Add boiled bulgur to the meat and vegetables. Salt and pepper the dish to taste. Stir.
Serve the bulgur garnished with coriander leaves. Enjoy!
