Dinner of buckwheat with mushrooms can be supplemented with a vegetable salad, sauerkraut, or homemade winter preparations.

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Rinse the buckwheat and fry in a dry frying pan.

Fry the onions and mushrooms in a frying pan with a little water so that the champignons are not dry. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add buckwheat groats and butter to the pots in equal portions.
