Bruschetta with salmon is an incredibly tasty sandwich with crispy bread and delicate fish flavor. The recipe for the snack with cream cheese came to us from sunny Italy. A light snack allows you to feel full and not feel the heaviness of overeating. To prepare bruschetta, you can take Riga bread. Its crispy crust goes well with Mediterranean delicacies: fish, soft cheese, basil and capers.
Step 1

Prepare the croutons. Take the slices of Riga bread and toast them until crispy in the oven, toaster or dry frying pan. Let the croutons cool.
Step 2

Make bruschetta. Take cream cheese. Spread it thinly on bread. Cut salmon into slices and place on top of the cheese. Garnish the bruschetta with a couple of basil leaves. Add ground black pepper to taste.
