A mind-blowing brownie recipe with nutella custard, jam and blackcurrant.
Pour the milk into a saucepan, split the vanilla pod lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and add to the milk. Warm up.
In a bowl, whisk together the yolks, sugar, cornstarch and butter. Whisking constantly, add hot milk and mix well. Pour back into the saucepan and cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Stir in Nutella, let cool.
Melt the butter in a heavy bottomed saucepan, add the chocolate pieces and stir until it melts. Remove from heat and add sugar.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, add the sifted flour, mix.
Pour the dough into the mold, pour the cream on top.
Put jam in small slides, sprinkle with berries. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes so that the middle remains viscous.
