Korzhi. Melt butter (100 g) and chocolate (120 g) in a water bath.
Beat eggs with sugar. Pour the chocolate-butter mixture into them, mix.
Add sifted flour and baking powder, add vanilla / vanillin to taste. The dough can be divided into 2-3 parts or baked with a whole cake, and then cut. Pour into a round shape with a diameter of 18 cm. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Let the cakes cool down properly.
Cream. Divide chocolate (250 g) into small pieces, pour over hot cream, mix well so that the chocolate is completely dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Butter (200 g) beat until white. Add powder and beat well.
Add chocolate mixture and beat again.
Assembly. We spread one cake, coat with a layer of cream, the second cake with another layer of cream, the third cake (if you have one) and again the cream.
The top layer of the cream can be decorated with chocolate chips, coconut chips or whatever you like.
