While the cabbage was cooking, prepare the sauce - it's very simple and fast! First, grind the nuts in a way convenient for you: you can use a meat grinder or a blender. Next, grind the garlic with salt in a mortar and bring to a state of homogeneous mass. We connect with the nut mass.
Now add spices to the mixture: cilantro ground in a mortar, ground Imeretian saffron, paprika and mix thoroughly. Pour a little cooled boiled water into the mixture until the consistency of sour cream. Add vinegar and salt. Serve with cooked cabbage.
