Gently beat the meat to open the fibers a little. Then the steaks will better absorb the aroma of the spices and will be softer. Try not to let the juice out of the meat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Break 2 eggs into a bowl and beat until smooth, add a pinch of salt and seasonings. Put the breading in another bowl. Dip the steaks in the eggs first, then roll them in the breadcrumbs.
Preheat the frying pan, grease it with oil and put the meat in. Fry the steaks on both sides for 20 minutes on low heat under the lid.
