When I was little, we did not have such a tradition - to bake pancakes. But everything changed when I started my family in Russia. Now this is already a familiar ritual, we can say that in this sense I am already a completely Russian person: pancakes are a part of our life. But at the same time, I just can’t help but add something of my own to this dish. Cuttlefish ink changes not only the color of the pancakes, but also the taste - so they become more interesting!
Beat eggs with sugar and cuttlefish ink, add milk to the mixture, then flour, salt and butter.
Send the dough to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, take out the dough, fry the pancakes in a dry frying pan.
