
Peel the onion and garlic, wash the beef thoroughly. Cut the onion into small cubes, press the garlic through a garlic press, cut the beef into small slices.

Fry the onion and garlic in a preheated frying pan with butter until golden brown. Then add the beef and fry for 10 minutes.

Add dried herbs, salt and tomato paste to the dish being prepared. Mix everything well.

Add a glass of water and simmer the meat for 10 minutes under the lid.
