
Cut the onion into half rings. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Chop the garlic.

Place the onion and carrot in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the onion and carrot for 5-7 minutes.

Place the canned beans and the sautéed carrots and onions in a blender. Add garlic, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Blend the pate until smooth.

Place the pate in portioned plates and serve. Enjoy!
