Prepare the marinade. In a deep bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, starch, black pepper and a pinch of salt. Squeeze two cloves of garlic into the marinade and mix everything.
Cut off the sharp phalanges from the wings, cut the wings in half at the joint and put them in the marinade. Leave them to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the wings in it.
Place the wings in the oven to bake for 20-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
Sprinkle the finished wings with sesame seeds and pour over teriyaki sauce.
