Ingredients

Delicious salad based on oriental cuisine with spicy honey and coriander dressing.

Step 1

Eggplants, sweet peppers and tomatoes wash and prick with a fork. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 40-50 minutes (depending on the size of the vegetables).

Step 2

Remove the skin from the eggplant and tomatoes. Wrap the peppers in a bag for 10-15 minutes. "sweat", then they are easier to clean. Cut all the vegetables into strips when cool.
