
Place the turkey fillet in a deep plate. Drizzle it with a small amount of sunflower oil. Spread salt and ground black pepper evenly over the fillet and pour soy sauce over the preparations. Cover the plate with cling film and put the turkey in the refrigerator for an hour.

Place turkey breasts on paper towels to drain excess sauce.

Heat a frying pan with a little sunflower oil. Fry the turkey on high heat on both sides until golden brown.

Grease a baking dish with butter and place the turkey fillet in the dish. Pour the soy sauce you used as a marinade over the turkey. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Place the finished fillet on portioned plates and garnish with green onions.
