Place a sheet of nori on a sushi mat, matt side up, and spread 50g of rice over the surface of the nori.
Place the cream cheese, daikon, crab sticks and salmon in the middle of the sheet. Roll the roll using the mat and cut into 8 equal parts. Prepare the remaining rolls in the same way.
Mix mayonnaise with cheese and sriracha sauce. Make "caps" for the cut rolls from the resulting mass, then place them on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for 5 minutes.
Serve the finished rolls with your favorite side dishes.
