
Cut the pepper in half and remove the stem and seeds.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Finely chop the herbs.

Place herbs, cottage cheese, finely chopped garlic and cheese in a deep bowl.

Mix the pepper filling until smooth.

Stuff the peppers with the filling.

Place the peppers in a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake the peppers in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Serve the peppers hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
