
Sterilize the jar with the lid in the oven. Place the jar with the lid in a preheated oven at 110C for 20 minutes.

Cut out the core of the pepper and remove the seeds. Cut the pepper into wedges.

Place them in a baking dish, brush with oil and season with spices.

Place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes until the peppers are soft.

Place the peppers in layers in a sterilized jar and close.
