Baked flounder
Ingredients
- Flounder - 1000 g
- Lemon - 120 g
- Salt - 20 g
- Ground black pepper - 10 g
- Butter - 50 g
For this recipe, we chose flounder meat: it is amazingly tasty, tender and juicy, but it has one nuance - a specific smell. To get rid of it, it is enough to thoroughly clean the fish, remove the entrails and rinse well. Flounder is boiled, fried, stewed, stuffed, but we settled on baking, which preserves all its juices and nutrients.
Step 1

Sprinkle the flounder with salt and pepper inside and out.
Step 2

Line a baking tray with foil, place the fish skin side up, make cuts on the fish and insert lemon slices into them. Add pieces of butter to the fish, wrap in foil and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
Step 3

Serve the finished flounder with your favorite side dish.
