Prepare the meat for the rolls. Cut the chicken breast into thin longitudinal pieces, like for chops. Beat the meat with a kitchen hammer, but very carefully so as not to damage the fibers. Cover the baking sheet with foil. Lay the chicken fillets overlapping each other to form one continuous layer of breast. Add salt, pepper and spices to taste. Grate the garlic on a fine grater and spread it over the surface of the meat layer.
Prepare the roll. Place cheese slices on a layer of chicken fillet to cover the entire surface as much as possible. Roll the meat with the filling into a roll. Line the surface of the roll with thin slices of bacon and add spices. Wrap the roll in foil and pinch the edges tightly. Preheat the oven to 180 ˚C. Bake the roll for 35 minutes. Cut the finished roll into portions.
