Prepare the filling that will be needed for the first sheet of lavash. Finely grate the carrots, the cheese can be grated on a large grater. Mix everything with mayonnaise and garlic to get a homogeneous mass and spread it on the lavash.
Cover the filling with another sheet of lavash, spread it with mayonnaise and garlic, and add finely diced boiled eggs and chopped bell peppers.
Cover the filling with a third sheet of lavash, grease the sheet with mayonnaise, add finely diced sausage on top and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Carefully wrap the roll, pack it in cling film or foil and leave it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes so that the lavash can sit and soak in the sauce.
