Mix the egg, salt, vinegar and vegetable oil in a bowl. Add water and mix everything. Add flour in small portions, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Add baking powder to the mixture and knead the dough until it becomes dense, uniform and elastic. Roll the dough into a ball and wrap it in cling film. Leave for about 30 minutes.

Add raisins to the container with chopped apples, having previously drained the water in which they were soaked. Add sugar and cinnamon to the mixture, stir well.

Place the dough on the table, having previously sprinkled a little flour on the surface or greased the table with vegetable oil. Spread the dough on the table so that a flat rectangular flat cake is formed and stretch it from the center to the edges to form a thin layer.

Melt the butter and grease the dough sheet with it. Spread the apples with raisins evenly over the dough and lightly curl the edges. Roll up the strudel and seal the longitudinal edge of the dough.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and carefully place the strudel on it. Bake at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes until the dough is golden brown. Cool the strudel, spread with butter and cut into pieces for serving.
