A simple and delicious apple upside-down pie can be prepared in a slow cooker.
Turn on Heating. Put butter in a bowl, melt, grease the sides of the mold. Add a spoonful of brown sugar, stirring, let it dissolve.
Lay out the apples, peeled and cut into slices.
Add sugar to the eggs, beat with a mixer until the sugar dissolves. Continuing to beat, add sour cream.

The dough turns out like thick sour cream.
Spread batter over apple slices. Switch on the Bake program. time 45 minutes.
Check readiness with a match, if the match is dry - ready, if not, then add the baking time for another 10 minutes. My cake was ready in 45 minutes.
Using a steam rack, remove the cake.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!
