
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into medium pieces.

Place the chopped apples in a saucepan, pour water over them and put on the fire. After boiling, reduce the heat to minimum and cook for 20-30 minutes.

After the apples have boiled down, add the cinnamon and honey to the pan. Stir and leave on low heat for another 10 minutes.

Then, use a hand blender to blend the apples until smooth. Make sure there are no large pieces of apple in the jam.
