
Peel the apple and remove the skin if it is hard. Then grate the apples on a coarse grater.

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and combine with the apple.

Place the apple and zucchini in a deep bowl, add cinnamon, cane sugar, egg and flour. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Put 2 tbsp of dough (=1 pancake) in the pan. Fry the pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Place the finished pancakes on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve the pancakes hot.
