The taste of chutney is apple-orange with spicy notes of ginger. Perfect with various dairy cheeses and desserts.
Peeled apples and oranges cut into slices. Sprinkle fruit with vinegar, add raisins and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add sugar, orange juice, water and cook, stirring constantly for 40 minutes. on medium fire.
Pour in brandy, if possible add poppy flowers, ginger, turmeric and mix everything well. Ready chutney is very good with cheese, in various desserts. Store in a cool place, in an airtight container.
