In winter, you especially want to add a piquant detail to the dish. Spicy fragrant adjika with apples will come in handy. Adjika can be added to soups and as a salad dressing, used as a marinade for meat and simply spread on bread. Hot pepper provides piquancy, and the apple gives the dish a unique taste of summer.

Place the jars and lids in the oven, turn the oven on to preheat to 120 ⁰C, then turn it off after 13–15 minutes.
