
Place the jars and lids in the oven, turn the oven on to preheat to 120 ⁰C, then turn it off after 13–15 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes into wedges.

Remove the stem and seeds from the chili pepper and cut it into slices.

Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut into slices.

Place the apples, chili peppers and tomatoes in a saucepan. Place the saucepan on the fire.

Cook the adjika for 40 minutes until the tomatoes and apples are completely soft.

Beat the adjika with a blender until smooth.

Add salt, ground black pepper, sugar and garlic to the adjika.

Cook the adjika, stirring, for another 10–15 minutes.

Place the slightly cooled adjika into portioned jars. Enjoy your meal!
