
Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices and beat it gently through cling film with a special hammer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Crush the garlic and coat the fillet with it. Let the meat stand.

While the meat is marinating, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, mix it with chopped greens, for example. Parsley. Put the resulting mixture on one edge of the fillet and roll it up. To prevent the roll from falling apart, fasten it with a toothpick. Do the same with the remaining pieces.

Roll the resulting chicken rolls in flour and place them on a preheated frying pan with oil. Fry on each side until golden brown.
