
Start preparing the dough. Gradually add sugar to the egg whites and beat the mixture for 5-7 minutes. Gradually increase the speed of the mixer.

Add almond flour and stir with a spoon until smooth, 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the dough to a pastry nozzle and squeeze it onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. If you don’t have a nozzle, you can use a spoon.

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, place the cookies there and bake for 40 minutes. If the cookies are browned, they are ready. Another sign that the cookies have reached the desired condition is that they easily separate from the parchment.
