
Without peeling the potato, make several cuts in the potato to the middle of the tuber. Wrap the potato in food foil, leaving the cuts open.

Prepare the filling for the potatoes. Finely chop the dill and garlic. Place in a bowl and mix with vegetable oil, salt and spices.

Spread the resulting filling evenly over the potatoes. Make sure that the liquid and vegetables penetrate into the cuts. Put the dish in the oven and bake for 40 minutes at 200 ⁰С.
